Charles Lindop

Charles LindopCharles is the founding director of Interface Solutions and on a day to day basis, a Principal of investment bank KTM Capital and investment fund KTM Ventures focussing on finance, IPO’s and m&a for technology companies.

Prior to Interface Solutions, from 2001 to 2006 Charles established a range of technology business incubator programs for ATP Innovations, Australia’s largest technology business incubator and owned by 4 of Australia’s leading research universities (ANU, UNSW, Sydney and UTS). As Director Business Programs, Charles assisted many emerging technology companies and university spin-outs with finance, structuring, business strategy, commercialisation and market validation.

During the late 1990’s Charles established 3 successful technology businesses for Hitachi Data Systems and United Customer Management Solutions, covering smart cards to the financial services industry, CRM & data warehousing solutions to top 100 enterprises, and business process outsourcing solutions to utilities and the financial services industry.

Prior to this Charles has also held a number of executive positions at Hewlett-Packard, SAP Software and Unisys covering sales, marketing, professional services and enterprise package application software development.

Charles is the Treasurer and a non-executive director of the AIIA (Australian Information Industry Association). He is also a graduate member of the AICD (Australian Institute of Company Directors). Charles is also a gold medallion lifesaver and a member of Avalon and Palm Beach Surf Clubs, receiving a number of bravery awards, including a Commendation for Bravery in the Australian Honours Lists in 2011 for a shark attack at Avalon Beach.
